Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Site Agent/Project Manager to work in the growing market of the north east region to accommodate future expansion.
Mainly working on roads and highways, your responsibilities will include profitably completing projects in accordance with the clients specifications, planning resources and ensuring shortfalls are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner. Furthermore, you will ensure that all subcontractors work in accordance with company policy and are competent and safe, and managing all personnel professionally and effectively. They will provide value engineering and allow the division to submit quality tenders to clients.
The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified to HNC/HND/Degree level in civil engineering, and have experience of managing projects up to the value of 5m as number one on site.
